What is the highest armor rating I could expect to find for an R6 Command shield? Inscribable, blue, purple, gold, or skin, it does not matter.

Should I be looking in high-end in Ventari's Corner? Not sure if I could afford many of those...

I'm trying out a new build and would like to see what weapon combinations I could come up with. Thanks!

Generally the max possible AL for a shield is req+8 (with the limit at 16, as you're probably aware). So for an R6 it would be 14AL.
